We do not directly handle, store, or have access to your full payment card details at any point.

Our entire website is protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, the industry standard for secure online transactions. You can verify this by:

Nara & Co. uses payment processors that are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of certification available — ensuring your payment information is handled to the strictest industry standards.

6. What We See

When you complete a purchase, we have access to:

  • Your name and billing address
  • Your shipping address
  • Your email and phone number
  • Your order details
  • The last 4 digits of your card and the card type (for reference only)

We never see or store your full card number, CVV/CVC code, or PIN. These are handled exclusively by our payment processor.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax laws within the United States. The total tax amount is shown before you confirm your order.

8. Order Confirmation and Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment is authorized immediately and the amount is reserved by your card issuer. The actual charge is processed once your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Verify your card details are entered correctly
  • Confirm the billing address matches your card
  • Contact your bank to ensure no holds or restrictions are in place
  • Try an alternative payment method

9. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails or is later reversed (chargeback), we reserve the right to cancel the corresponding order. If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at info@naraandco.us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
