Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Only new items are eligible for return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naraandco.us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way; items returned without their original tags or packaging; and customized or personalized pieces. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping remains at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
